Ultimate Pavlova
Ingredients:
6 egg whites
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1 crater caster sugar
1 Tbsp cornflour
2 tsp white vinegar
Method
1. Beat egg whites and cream of tartar on a middle speed until soothing peaks form.
2. Put sugarine into play one tablespoon during a time with a mixer constantly running.
