Laura Fulton‘When we bought this residence it was derelict, that meant we were means to tackle a whole residence restoration plan from scratch. The loft space had formulation accede for dual bedrooms, though we didn’t need them both and wanted to make a many of a sea views, so we motionless to have a vital room in a loft.

‘Derek did most of a work himself, including dual balconies, that took 3 weeks to build, and dual sets of french doors and a second dormer window. we chose neutral tones for a décor so that a interior didn’t quarrel with a views.’
