Rolled journal stool


Gather your supplies

  • 55 tabloid-sized newspapers
  • Mod Podge (sealer/glue)
  • 2 belts

Sticky tape; scissors; additional newspapers; paintbrush; drill; 1 parcel 10g x 75mm countersunk ribbed-head chipboard screws; screwdriver; 25 shaft screws (optional)

Step 1

Tightly hurl 1 journal into a cylinder shape. Wrap fasten around top, bottom and center to secure. Repeat for remaining 54 newspapers.

Step 2

Cut strips of additional journal a same length as a cylinder and far-reaching adequate to hang around it, permitting additional for an overlap. Wrap a frame around any cylinder, overlie and glue ends to secure. Let dry.
